What do you like best? It can do a lot. It's great at storing training histories, and it has a lot of different features which ca make it useful.
What do you dislike? It's not at all user-friendly; it has no social support, and it has limited free training. It's very outdated in how it functions.

What do you like best? The learning tool is impressively adaptable and can be tailored to suit our specific requirements. Its remarkable versatility allows for seamless customization according to our needs. With a diverse array of training options at your disposal, ranging across various types, it's remarkably easy to align the tool with your unique needs and preferences. Whether it's hands-on workshops, interactive modules, or in-depth courses, the platform offers a wide spectrum of choices.
What do you dislike? As the only admin for our company, I sometimes get a lot of stuff from Cornerstone, which can feel like a lot. But it's actually pretty cool because there's so much to learn and use. Finding time to learn everything can be a bit tricky, but I'm slowly figuring out how to make the most of everything the system offers. It's like a puzzle, and I'm getting better at putting all the pieces together to make things work really well.

What do you like best? What I love most is that I can upload my own training material. Then, assigning it out to all employees (2000) is just a piece of cake. Before getting this LMS, I had to spend hours rolling out the training to whoever needed to take it. Being a law enforcement agency, we needed a tool that would allow us to keep an accurate record of training. For example, training for law suits. After implementing Cornerstone, the team is killing it!
What do you dislike? At first, the set up process what a bit difficult to figure out, but we managed to make it with some help. For example, I had a hard time finding my way around creating certification or attestation forms. But all is good now. Once you figure out how to use it, everything will go smoothly. And you know what? We've got multiple training managers in our agency. All of them seem to have gotten the hang of it.

What do you like best? I have the opportunity to learn from a variety of materials, not just what's assigned to me. The platform also features an events calendar for attending live sessions. The content includes recordings and quizzes, making it interactive and effective for learning.
What do you dislike? There's not a lot to criticize about CSOD Learning; it's highly user-friendly and intuitive. Its straightforward interface makes navigation and utilization a breeze. The platform's simplicity doesn't compromise its powerful features, providing a seamless experience for users of all levels.

What do you like best? With this tool, you can easily leverage its integrations. For example, you can use PowerPoint or links to other courses, even if they are on other platforms. It's a very easy-to-use LMS; you can easily configure everything and assign courses without much trouble. I like that I can assign courses based on job roles, e.g., position titles. In case you need to track and manage your internal training requirements, it's beneficial. You'll have no problem checking on your staff and their development.
What do you dislike? I would have preferred the administration process to have taken less time. For instance, I had to break an existing presentation into smaller parts to upload our training components. They could make some improvements to help avoid such time-consuming tasks and allow users to upload the full presentation and then break it into pieces within the LMS.

What do you like best? I love its simplicity! The backend administration is highly comprehensive, with fresh features being introduced in every new release. Additionally, there's a large community of users actively engaged in offering assistance and proposing new learning concepts.
What do you dislike? I don't have many genuine complaints about Cornerstone Learning. It's an excellent product with ample resources for success. The only thing to really watch out for is when updating courses and curriculum with version changes. Overall, it's a fantastic tool.

What do you like best? What I like most about Cornerstone is that they keep adding new features. They make sure that the tool adapts to the future of work. I really enjoy being able to help my team learn new skills and improve by leveraging AI driven recommendations. I'm glad we can now identify skills gaps in various groups within our organization, even in different departments. Best of all, upper management can dive into this info and give us buy-in for our learning strategy.
What do you dislike? The team at Cornerstone has worked with us closely, so no complaints here. With their help, we were able to find creative solutions for our training needs. Sure, we still need to get the hang of some things as the platform evolves, but I'm really pleased with the outcome. I'd like to see what they do in the future regarding skills and AI capabilities. Thankfully they are open to our feedback, so more capabilities are rolling out with the latest updates.

What do you like best? Cornerstone LMS has proven to be extremely versatile. I'm very happy that it can handle everything you throw at it. It's great that it allows us to have Stage and Pilot portals. It makes it so much easier to practice with the system and learn as much as we can before publishing the content. Our set up is sort of co-op. So that means we have many different business units into the same LMS. So far, everything works beautifully.
What do you dislike? The only thing I've struggled with was building our performance tasks. It would be great to create a review process all in-line rather than working on everything separately. Other than that, I've very happy with the tool.

What do you like best? Cornerstone has proven to be a great LMS for all of our learning and development initiatives. We also use it to improve employee performance. The mobility of the platform was crucial for us because we have many employees out in the field. The fact that it works well on tablets and mobile phones has made it easy to take training anytime, anywhere, making it easy to keep up top to date; even when it comes to compliance training and employee engagement.
What do you dislike? Nothing to complain about. It's great if you want to have all your training and development, and performance processes on one platform. Not having to switch between platforms to compare data was important to us. Reporting is so easy with Cornerstone because we have everything in one place. Analyzing data has never been easier.

What do you like best? Great LMS with a UI that's flexible and cares for the end user. I like the admin experience. Looks clean and better than other LMSs. What I like most is The Learner Home. The Welcome and Custom Pages are also good. It's really useful to have a dedicated place where end users can find the content they want to take as training. As an Admin, I was really pleased with the variety of features it offers. Plenty of data you can leverage in the system, plus you can easily automate experiences.
What do you dislike? All is good with the platform, but I can't say I'm very happy with their support team. Sometimes they are not very helpful. Also, their roadmap is a bit confusing. They don't publicize changes enough.

What do you like best? My experience with Cornerstone is very positive, as I've been creating training with it for more than a decade. Since 2000 I've had to change tools several times, including Saba and Sum Total. When I found Cornerstone, I went exclusive. That surely means something! For me, Cornerstone is great in terms of functionality. It has rich features and a clear roadmap. I'm very pleased with the way they handle their product development. And I love that we had some part in it.
What do you dislike? I've very pleased with Cornerstone, and I will keep using it for a long time. Even though I like how configurable the platform is, that might be a bit hard when you're trying to implement it for the first time. It does need some rapid innovation. Especially in emerging areas like skills and learning in the flow of work. Also, managing events and sessions can use a bit of improvement.

What do you like best? Over the years, I've worked with different LMS products, and Cornerstone OnDemand really stands out. It's a customizable solution that can cover the most demanding business needs. For us, it took some time, but we finally found the best fit for our learning culture. I appreciate their support team, always there to help us out. The same goes for the client success team and, of course, the product team. They always go above and beyond and listen to our feedback.
What do you dislike? From what I've seen through the years, Cornerstone is constantly growing. Their product team has managed to adapt the platform to what's needed during quarterly releases. And plenty of times, they've taken our feedback and suggestions into consideration when creating future enhancements.

What do you like best? It is a one stop shop for all things Training and Development. From online learning to development plans, it is all in one system, which makes it more appealing to the end user.
What do you dislike? I don't always have time to utilize all of the resources available, so tech support can be a challenge. If you have an issue, there are articles, expert communities, courses, etc. It is wonderful, but I just don't always have the time.

What do you like best? I like that it is relevantly easy to use. Most people in our company had no problems starting their training. Even the ones I wouldn't call tech-savvy. The team at Cornerstone constantly tries to improve the tool, which is something I look forward to every time. With each release, the LMS is becoming better and better. And they do listen to our feedback. We've been using it for almost five years, during which they've come a long way. Kudos to their devs and support!
What do you dislike? Although it is easy to use, the implementation gave us some hard time. I was the product leader, and I didn't have the best experience setting it up. Many of the processes might leave you confused. I suggest you give it some time and not try to implement it way too fast. There's a learning curve on the admin side.

What do you like best? We are a retail company with 80% un-desked workers, and things can be tricky when it comes to training. Thankfully, our employees enjoy being able to learn in the flow of work with tools like the Express Class. I really love their easy-to-use AI-supported carousels. You can find them on Learner Home. Taken that we can support up to 100k+ employees with an admin team of 4, you won't have any problems working with plenty of learners.
What do you dislike? Really hard to pick something out, as I haven't noticed anything I liked the least. Keep in mind that we don't make use of all the available features, but 100% pleased with the ones we are using in our daily operations.

What do you like best? Easy to use with new features constantly added along the way. Its biggest con is that it is completely customizable unlike other ''big players'' who claim the same but do not deliver at the end of the day.
What do you dislike? The back end can be quite confusing at first and takes time to get used to it. Their product, support, and client success team will guide you along the way.

What do you like best? Cornerstone has done an excellent job with its LMS solution offering. I really enjoy the customization level of the platform, something that was very important because we have branches with different license types. E.g., for Digital activity and for Regulatory basis only. The entire documentation is excellent, including OnlineHelp and its release notes. They've got a great and engaging community. Their forum is also very well structured!
What do you dislike? For me, it's easy to find any info or use case I need. I really like the Product academy. It's great if you wanna get recognized CSOD certifications. Not really much I'd like to change. Sure, there can be minor improvements, we've already suggested some, but they haven't been prioritized yet.

What do you like best? I love this tool! We've got everything in one place, from learning and performance to ATS and Succession. I'm really amazed at how the system allows me to create a smooth end-user experience. Great customization and robust curriculum. It's really versatile and allows us to think outside the box for different use cases. We've been using it for skills and onboarding Certification tracking for quite some time now. Our end users find it very easy to use. It also has fantastic reporting.
What do you dislike? I like their customer service, but it needs some improvement in timely responses. The ATS also can make some improvements, especially when it comes to handling rehires. We also faced some minor issues with External Registrants that were seen as internal. Other than that, my experience is positive.

What do you like best? [Cornerstone OnDemand] has completely revolutionized our approach to training, both for our in-house teams and those working remotely. It efficiently addresses CEU requirements while also acting as a hub for keeping our users well-informed about various events, online modules, videos, and more. With over 10,000 registered users in our Learning Management System, our partnership with [Cornerstone OnDemand] has been an absolutely fantastic and transformative experience.
What do you dislike? We are generally happy with the system. If pushed, I would probably ask for a limit increase when it comes to uploading files.

What do you like best? There are hundreds of on-demand videos and online courses you can leverage. Plenty of online help articles are available, as well as virtual instructor-led training classes. So, new admins won't have any issue upskilling their familiarity with the abundance of features that Cornerstone offers. It's great that we can tailor the learning experience for different end users.
What do you dislike? I really love their release-ready webinars and that their release planning is thought out. It's great to be able to vote on what improvements should be made or on what new features might be a good fit in the future. Can't wait to see what's coming up next!

What do you like best? A really sleek and intuitive design that makes learning enjoyable. The content is consumed, and we've seen increases in training completion. Their Playlists have been a big hit within our team. It's also great that we can customize the Learner Home Banners. The same goes for the Welcome Page. I like that it offers SSO Access. Your end users are gonna love it. It's very easy to access and use. Great for increasing user engagement.
What do you dislike? Don't get me wrong, I love Cornerstone, but we had some issues when integrating it with our business. Setting up the system with some vendors was also a bit challenging. However, the transition to the system was pretty smooth. Also, versioning content and relevant assignments weren't easy for me.

What do you like best? Cornerstone [OnDemand] is a crucial asset for our organization. It makes connecting with our widespread workforce (employees, volunteers, and contractors) incredibly simple. It transformed our old-fashioned paper-based performance reviews into a modern, efficient process. Our learning approach also got a fantastic upgrade. We quickly saw how it improved our organization by offering consistent, flexible, and adaptable solutions for learning and performance.
What do you dislike? I haven't come across any negative aspects while managing the platform from an admin perspective. One thing to note though, is that it can get quite pricey if you proceed with add-ons.

What do you like best? What I like most about the tool is that once configured the underlying tools work so well and so logically, that I can focus on creating the ideal user experience for my users. Thus increasing adoption and usage, making the tool more valuable. within the organization. Increasing the amount of user data to be reported on, etc.
What do you dislike? Some functions were developed and at different times in different ways, so there are minor inconsistencies for the Admin in how to do similar tasks in different areas of the tool. That said they release updates 4 times a year always working to get it all in sync.

What do you like best? I love CSOD's ability to be so flexible! For example, our Workday hierarchal data can be difficult as you move up and down the supervisory reports to chain. However, with CSOD I can easily solve for this with independent hierarchal overlays or connections, because the software can do the HCM piece you benefit even if you don't purchase/use that area. Likewise some function from Performance - Skills and Competencies, we are better able to tag and filter learning in a catalog that makes sense.
What do you dislike? Reporting - Auditability native and inhouse. As the Named Admin and main Product Manager - I need and would love to be able to run advanced audit and security related reporting. This is currently not possible. The only other area, which is IMPROVING, are tests and quizzes - there is full function now, but the UI is dated, and the administration as well. New functions to include mobile responsive testing (for use with the APP) will be a game changer for us.

What do you like best? We've been working with Cornerstone for almost 5 years now. Our whole team is very pleased with the platform and their support. The main contacts we've been working with over the years are always there for us. They truly do everything in their power to help. We've managed to achieve plenty of institutional goals over the years. I love how versatile Cornerstone is. For me, the Cornerstone Success Center and the Knowledge Base are the best things this tool offers.
What do you dislike? The system is very easy to learn, and I love how they've built a community of customers. It's actually pretty engaging and helpful! Never expected this! The groups and the test engine seem a bit old, but I'm sure they're gonna revamp it in the future. I like that they are doing updates constantly and that they do listen to client feedback, so I'm hopeful. Regarding reporting, the LAT, the content uploader, and Edge they've done an excellent job updating the system.

What do you like best? As an admin, I had to spend some time optimizing the system's functionality, yet, from a UX perspective, it's great. They have a large base of resources, so you won't have any issues learning to use the system and making it fit your needs. As far as our employees are concerned, it's very user-friendly. I just want to note that security might be a bit complicated, but the system offers different choices. So, depending on your company's needs, you can set up user access the way you like.
What do you dislike? I do like that they have continuous updates to the system. It's great that they are rolling out improvements and enhancements. However, some older features could use a facelift because it looks a bit outdated... Also, it would be great if questions were answered sooner. I suggest they just keep the features that clients like instead of removing them and adding new features that are not really that useful.

What do you like best? I appreciate the focus and features that they continue to roll out and/or refine. The roadmap is clear and release resources are clear and available. From a UI perspective it allows for customization which helps make it easier for end users to access content.
What do you dislike? Support cases often require a lot of back and forth and long wait times. Even when something is listed as a possible defect it can be months. Service requests are generally fast however.

What do you like best? The thing I like the most about Cornerstone is the broad capacity for customization. It's possible for each instance of Cornerstone to develop their own unique navigation, page, design, and functionality preferences depending on business need. Cornerstone provides an abundance of training for administrators to grow their skills with configuring the product to their specificity.
What do you dislike? I have worked with more than one LMS and Cornerstone is my favorite, but I do have a wish list. The top of my wish list is matrix management to provide more flexibility for indirect managers or training support leaders to manage employee training without assuming a direct report or approver role.

What do you like best? Cornerstone Learning provides so many options for training. We are a large organization (70k+) and so we have a large training catalog. We have needs for onboarding, large volumes of compliance-based training, and also skill-building. Learning allows us to customize learning experiences for our users that best suit the training need. We love the flexibility of LATs vs. self-assigning, and also using availability to manage who "sees" what in the catalog. And reporting... It's a life-saver!
What do you dislike? I'd love to see more options for OU Group criteria. There are times where the criteria needed just isn't available and we need to use a static group instead. It's not very often, though, so we make it work.

What do you like best? Cornerstone Learning is easy to use from both end user and administrator perspective. Over last few years they have heavily invested in site and functionality redesign making it one of the best Learning solutions. Playlists are a great addition, Learner home gives ability to promote specific courses to unique audience groups, look and feel of the site is modern and easy to customize. Cornerstone is helping to move away traditional L&D initiatives to virtual and online learning.
What do you dislike? Creating custom dashboards from Reporting 2.0 while it is a great functionality, it’s cumbersome, requires sharing initial report with end user, sharing a dashboard and giving security permissions and in the end user doesn’t see custom brand colour scheme, they only see standard colours that often do not alight with brand guidelines.

What do you like best? How easy it is to create and publish trainings for the exact external user groups, and keep them separated out of our internal training's.
What do you dislike? Cornerstone/Workday integration. It seems that in our case we cannot take certain field information out of the transcript which causes irrelevant information in Workday user account.

What do you like best? From the admin role, being able to connect and see how lower level employee's develop has been fun. Being able to gain alignment across multiple sites is much easier with a centralized platform
What do you dislike? It's a lot. There isn't anything super easy to use in the system early on, and can be challenging. I was not a software person going into the project, and these cloud based systems are complex. Once you gather a better understanding of how it all works, it is simple, but it takes time

What do you like best? Thanks to the CSOD platform, we've been effectively handling performance assessments, including mid-year and annual reviews. Our management of objectives and growth strategies has also significantly improved. The platform's user-friendly interface has proven to be a valuable asset. In addition, the Learning Management System (LMS) component has played a crucial role in implementing organizational changes.
What do you dislike? The back-end with it's overwhelming options, but then again we are talking about an LMS with lots of features.

What do you like best? The team at Cornerstone is the real strength and the stability of the platform. The software is updated regularly with new features and uses modern technologies on the backend which allow the platform to be very customizable.
What do you dislike? As the platform is constantly being updated with new features, it happens that "legacy" functions do not have the same look and feel. Still, it's really a minor issue.

What do you like best? They have a ton of features and functionalities and are always updating their system each quarter (more than most companies do). What do you like best? I like the customization that the platform allows. It has allowed our team and company to get creative with how we deliver content to end-users.

What do you like best? Cornerstone has the capability we needed. I really like the integration with our HR system (Workday) and the single sign on which has reduced customer access issues considerably. My team also loves "office hours" which is an amazing service to Users along with a robust User Group community!
What do you dislike? It is not too complicated to learn but one must invest time in using the system and practice in pilot. The think I like least is Versioning.

What do you like best? Training employees has always been challenging, but that has changed with Cornerstone. I love how this LMS is designed. It's very user-friendly, making it clear that it's people-centered. And if we need something extra, they listen to our feedback. It's great to finally have a tool that allows me to assign trainings to many users at once.
What do you dislike? Having quarterly upgrades to the platform makes it even more efficient. Keep doing what you're doing! The only thing I find somewhat confusing is the mix of old and new features. Either way, you can manage everything easily. You might have a hard time as a new admin, but they have plenty of guides and an engaged community to help you through.

What do you like best? Since 2015, we have implemented Cornerstone Learning as our chosen platform. It accommodates a wide range of users, including students, staff, faculty, guests, and contractors. Cornerstone has proven instrumental in minimizing redundant training, effectively allocating training within intricate user groups, streamlining training facilitation, and ensuring compliance reporting.

What do you like best? The ability to customize learning for different segments of the organization. Having a targeted curriculum enables new hires to get trained faster and keeps us in compliance as well. The ability to provide reports to state surveyors on demand is critical.
What do you dislike? Some of the industry specific content we need to use does not work on mobile due to technology limits. No fault of Cornerstone though.

What do you like best? The quantity of options that make this a solid centralized learning resource, from the end-user to administrators, and the plethora of data available.
What do you dislike? From the administrator side, there are a lot of technical requirements and settings for each functionality, so significant administrative attention and resources are required to implement successfully. This feeds to the end-user, if not enough resources are available, a 'clunky' experience occurs where several steps are required to complete tasks.

What do you like best? The Extended Enterprise capabilities. Ability to customize the solution for our needs. New support structure where we are assigned a CRM, onsite meetings regularly. Assigned support staff for call in. Ability to escalate cases ourselves.

What do you like best? The Performance Review section is very easy for the end user. It has a great way to digitally store your Review and Check-Ins for referencing back to. The Learning section is very easy for the end user. It has plenty of courses available without having to purchase additional ones.
What do you dislike? The back end set up for Admin users is not very user friendly. It is hard to get to talk to someone unless you wait for office hours then it is sometimes a hit or miss because they may be several people on the line to ask questions but I just excuse myself and join the next one.

What do you like best? The reporting capabilities on the Learning side are very good, in addition to the Learning Assignment tool and all the capabilities around assigning and ILT/content publishing.
What do you dislike? I don't like the fact that on some screens, like creating a user, you cannot press "enter" in order to search for something; you have to move the mouse to click on "Search" which is quite annoying sometimes.

What do you like best? Great end-user experience! Beautiful interface that is easy to navigate. The backend system is a bit more complex. New LMS admins may experience some challenges. However, experienced LMS admins will find consistency across industry systems with a few added bells and whistles. The Client Success Centre is top-notch. There are numerous resources such as training modules, FAQs, open forum discussions, and more.
What do you dislike? As this system is very robust is does make it challenging to navigate all the features. For smaller organizations with limited resources implementing Cornerstone Learning, I would recommend giving yourself and your organization more than the 10 weeks the implementation team recommends.

What do you like best? It makes it easy to provide training in many different formats to a large audience. Easily being able to share a video, an e-learning course, or even create a curriculum of On the Job Training tasks is the best feature.
What do you dislike? It appears to be designed by a bunch of different committees that didn't always talk to one another when they built a specific function.

What do you like best? I like how established it is and therefore it's easy to find resources and help on the areas I need. It's relatively intuitive from the admin side as well.
What do you dislike? I wish it was easier to change things in the system. For example, I want to report to the percent change in learners that complete a course evaluation from last year to this year. That is impossible to do in the system without going line by line on an evaluation report, and I cannot change the reporting structure to allow for that. I have to instead submit a "suggestion" and hope the team deems it worthy enough to implement. Also, having to buy multiple add ons to accomplish normal L&D tasks.

What do you like best? I like the flexibility and usability of the system - wide range of functionality and great training.
What do you dislike? While there are tons of options for specific support, it's almost too many choices of how to get help and I'm not always sure which route to take. It would be nice if I had one account manager to turn to directly for support.

What do you like best? There is always at least one way to make the software do what you want it to. It's rare that I tell management that the system is unable to complete some type of functionality. Definitely the best system I've worked with so far.
What do you dislike? The support model has changed a bit. Engaging with customer support has become a bit more time consuming, but is still the best way to get help with questions about the system.

What do you like best? Quaterly updates / improvements is a big plus. The fact that CSOD keeps improving their product has always been a big plus for us. We take advantage of these changes to make our lives easier and provide better experience for our users.
What do you dislike? As as admin, it takes some time to get use to the modules. When you are supporting more than one module, it can be very time consuming when you are part of an organization that has over 10k employees.

What do you like best? I am most impressed with the reporting capabilities of the system. Reports are incredibly easy to run once you know the names of the fields you need.
What do you dislike? The versioning process for Learning Objects is very complicated and can lead to workflow complications if you're not careful. Also, the test building tool could offer more interactivity.

What do you like best? I love how fast it is to upload content. I upload content quite frequently and find it is fast, efficient and easy to do!
What do you dislike? There really isn’t much I don’t like. I would say that reporting could be cumbersome when using a custom report, but since the release of reporting 2.0, we have found it to be much simpler.

What do you like best? Out of all of the leaning management systems that I have used or evaluated, Cornerstone is the most comprehensive and easiest to use. Also, the technical support has been amazing and lightning fast in their responses.
What do you dislike? The are functional and helpful interfaces that exists in the two mobile apps (CS Mobile, CS Learn). The admin functions, specifically observation checklists, would be very helpful in the mobile or desktop site. The current interface is complicated and unusable for our purposes.

What do you like best? Cornerstone OnDemand is incredibly intuitive. It can be a little cumbersome on the admin side, but more than makes up for it with a very accessible user interface. The always evolving mobile accessibility is definitely an asset with our transient workforce.
What do you dislike? Like I said, the admin side of Cornerstone is a bit cumbersome, especially for our less technically inclined facilitators.

What do you like best? It's a straight forward and simple experience as a user. As a user, you should be able to login and find what you need pretty quickly. The system is not difficult to understand and requires little training to get up and running as a user.
What do you dislike? Administrative functionality can be challenging and integrations are somewhat limited. It's best to have an experienced admin managing the system to minimize any errors.

What do you like best? Cornerstone is intuitive to learn, use, administrate, and train on. Our staff were able to quickly pick up on any changes to the system, and our training team has had a relatively easy time administering our LMS in the background.
What do you dislike? The admin features have not yet caught up with the end user experience. Most of the admin interface is a bit antiquated, and some of the functions that I would like to see have been sidetracked for a richer user experience.

What do you like best? We've smoothly incorporated it into most of our brands, and we're planning to extend its use to all the other brands under our group. It's like a one-stop shop for all our learning materials, making everything convenient. We can use it to create our own training materials and also for the ones we've bought. We even use it to host in-person training sessions and other events through the platform.
What do you dislike? While there might be some complexity on the backend and occasional duplication in processes, it's more of a minor aspect rather than a major concern.

What do you like best? We've brought CSOD to every part of our company, and we've let each section make it fit their own needs. It mostly helps with giving training, making reports, and following rules. Personally, I really like how it makes reports. I think it's better than other systems I've tried or seen demos of.
What do you dislike? There's not a single complaint that goes out to this company. They are constantly improving their product and innovating in the process!

What do you like best? Cornerstone is used by several departments within my organization. From a user perspective, I find it very easy to use and quite intuitive. I also like the fact that it matches our organization's branding.

What do you like best? Cornerstone is our go-to solution for all things related to learning, development, and performance initiatives. The platform's exceptional mobility is an absolute game-changer for us, especially with numerous employees out in the field. We're genuinely thrilled with the platform and wholeheartedly recommend it to others.
What do you dislike? There's not much to mention here. Yes, I would have liked a Live Support feature as that would help us get immediate answers to our queries. They do have a ton of resources though that can help you get an answer to your question.

What do you like best? Cornerstone Learning is really cool. It's easy to use and has lots of stuff to learn from. You can find live sessions on the calendar, which is awesome. There are recordings and quizzes too, which keeps things interesting and helps you learn. I like it a lot and it's made learning fun for me.
What do you dislike? The platform can be confusing, especially for newbies like myself. Figuring out all the different stuff and what to do can be kinda hard at first.

The distinguished reputation and culture of CSOD within the LMS industry instill confidence in clients, as they already possess a solid understanding of the provider's capabilities when implementing the system.
What do you dislike? Although no software is perfect, I m pretty positive about CSOD as we haven't encountered many problems, just some minor glitches over the years.

What do you like best? Cornerstone OnDemand offers extensive customization options. As the system administrator, the convenience of effortlessly dragging and dropping fields to alter the layout of specific pages was notably user-friendly. Cornerstone makes an effort to understand your business needs and introduces you to other clients with similar organizations. They also improve their product by offering regular updates throughout the year.
What do you dislike? It works best for organizations that already have established systems and processes, and for those who can invest significant time in learning the system thoroughly on-site. Not a good fit for those seeking a fast and straightforward out-of-the-box setup.

What do you like best? User interface was clean and easy to understand where to get what I needed.
What do you dislike? Too many steps to upload and create courses. Sometimes the complexity made it harder to complete what I needed.

What do you like best? Update - Their system is built on solid ground but lacks advanced functionalities. Their interface may look like a blast from the past.
What do you dislike? CSOD's support takes time to get back to you although when they do, your issue is instantly resolved.

What do you like best? If you have a lot of eLearning content, Cornerstone is excellent. If you're into instructor-led training, there are many setup choices that can be powerful if used well.
What do you dislike? Nothing specific to note here as I'm pleased overall with the system. Mind you though, it takes a good amount of time to get to know what this system is capable of.

What do you like best? UI is decent and the same applies for UX . They have released several features updates over the past 2 years which have largely improved the system's functionality.
What do you dislike? Takes much time to get a grasp of it and means you need to put all your work behind and focus on the admin side of things. Not their issue, but pretty sure the onboarding process could be smoother.

What do you like best? Cornerstone OnDemand is our go-to platform for seamlessly providing training to our entire state-wide staff. With just a few clicks, we can track training across different employee levels, effortlessly deliver a wide array of training modules, and generate regular reports. The best part? This entire process is incredibly streamlined! What's even more exciting is that this platform has effectively eliminated the massive manual effort we used to invest in tracking training hours.
What do you dislike? The permissions and security roles in the system can be a bit complex. It would be great if there were better suggestions and default settings available. It could also be really helpful if administrators could easily add pre-designed security roles to the platform when necessary, with support from CSOD. Having a library of security roles, similar to how learning objects are managed, would be a really good thing, making things even easier.

Very easy to use platform! Intuitive too! My go-to platform for training

What do you like best? The platform is easy for users to use, but can be quite challenging for the admin. They also provide a variety of ready-made courses. I'm new, but I'm taught by my Manager on a daily basis. Making new changes takes time. I have so far created 5 courses for specific departments like Sales.
What do you dislike? Apart from occasional bugs, I haven't noticed anything that I would describe as a major con. It has its occasional glitches, but these are typically resolved when you refresh your page.

Great Training System that takes time to master!!!

What do you like best? In our company, we use Cornerstone OnDemand everywhere to make a single place where employees can do learning, check how well they're doing, get stuff they need, and fill out forms online. We made special online forms that follow steps to replace many of our older paper HR jobs. We also use it to keep an eye on how well people are doing and what they're learning. The best part is that this tool helps all our employees, whether they're around the world or working outside and using their phones.
What do you dislike? There are tons of resources to help you get the best out of the platform, but they are scattered across different sections which might overwhelm admins. I would have preferred a more centralized approach to this.

What do you dislike? Quarterly releases are great in theory, but when the admin role is just part of a person's position, they can seem overwhelming. However, the releases do keep the system moving forward.
