Professional and friendly service and support - they exceeded our expectations!
What do you like best?
EI Design flexed to meet our needs and worked with us on our unique requirements. It wasn't a "cookie cutter" approach.
What do you dislike?
Nothing to report. Being on the opposite side of the world was only a very minor challenge, and they flexed to meet my needs much more than I had to!

Promptness and professionalism is what come rest assured when you work with EI Design.
What do you like best?
The team is very responsive and makes every possible effort in meeting the expectations. They are a bunch of highly professional members who take every project, small or big, with utmost sincerity and commitment. Working with them was an incredible experience and we look forward to opportunities on associating with them.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing to mention in this section. Working with them has always been a pleasurable and seamless experience.

What do you like best?
the entire team is very supportive and flexible in terms of changes which is from the perspective of timeline or the concept

We have been working together on creating two digital learning courses
What do you like best?
Their team is extremely professional, on top of deadlines and consistently deliver top quality work. They are a pleasure to collaborate with and communicate very effectively. Their team is very strong, and every member of the team clearly adds to the collective.
What do you dislike?
The time zone difference, though I doubt there is much they can do to help it.

A superb design & web development company with unbeatable service. I could'nt recommend more highly.
What do you like best?
Their high-quality product offerings (both interactive e-content design and a LMS learning platform) are fantastic, but most of all, their incredible dedication, hard work, creativity and commitment to delivering on all of my requirements - no matter how demanding or difficult they were at times! They really did go above and beyond, every time.
What do you dislike?
I liked everything about them, so I cannot fault them in any area. I have worked with many software developers over the years, so I know what I am looking for (and what I am not looking for!) so I can say from experience that EI Design are among the very best.

Very collaborative, the team took great care and interest over our project.
What do you like best?
The team we worked with was creative and collaborative. We liked the early prototypes, to provide a good sense of the end deliverable and course correct before too much effort was spent. The overall quality of the end products has been fantastic and well received by our internal and external stakeholders.
What do you dislike?
The impact of changes were not always immediately clear, but the team were responsive and we got there in the end!

eLearning Industry proved themselves to always be flexible, work with tough deadlines and stretch their resources to the max. Thank you for that.

Communication has not always been easy. It was always very constructive, but the channels haven't been always super clear.

EI Design has been friendly, communicative, collaborative, and creative.
What do you like best?
We are a young team within Roche so we are still experience growing pains as we navigate the different processes within the company. EI Design has been very patient with us as we grow. They are very responsive and collaborative. They always meet us where we need to be. Their work is visually engaging and instructionally sound. They have good attention to detail and are very collaborative. They clearly have a passion for instructional design and create great courses.
What do you dislike?
So far I can't think of anything I don't like about EI Design. They give us a lot of information to provide to our internal customers and make it easy for us to show the value of working with our team. They are fantastic partners in instructional design and

I do not have an real issues so far with ei. Any concerns we have had were promptly addressed and graciously corrected.

What do you like best?
Easy to approach, timely delivery, and quality of service delivery. They pay attention to the customer's needs and making sure of expectations are met.
What do you dislike?
Nothing that I have noticed while working with them, except the pricing which is on the higher side, but looking into the quality of delivery that's not an issue.

What do you like best?
I would be pressed to choose between the highly-skilled team and the stunning results they produce.
What do you dislike?
No complaints. EI Design is professional, responsive and communicates clearly. The time zone difference is sometimes a challenge but i appreciate their willingness to meet at times that are convenient for me.

What do you like best?
The team at EI design are a pleasure to deal with. Their hard-work, creativity & patience enabled us to deliver an entirely digital, localised induction program for all our international new hires (25k+ employees). The program acheived a return on investment within 2 months of launching. Not only that, but satsfaction & engagement was not compromised and the modules remain the highest rated on our LMS with 4.7/5 with 70+ reviews from staff across the business.
What do you dislike?
I really don't have a bad word to say about EI. I have no complaints. What they do at the price that they do it is fantastic.

What do you like best?
EI Design team comprises of extremely passionate professionals with indepth knowledge of the eLearning domain. A great partner to ideate and also to get the projects level implementation done with full satisfaction.

There is not particular to not like. They should definitely expand into wider portfolio and off the shelf content offerings.

Despite our requirements being fragmented & complex, they were patient with us, guided & supported us through the process in building great content for the latest release. 2. Consultative approach & selling, along with Commitment from the Leadership to engage w customers is what stands out at EiDesign. 3. Responsive, Agile & never let you down on deadlines or quality. Great organization. Flexible. Sharon is a great PM and Praveen is great at ID.
What do you like best?
Great people work at EiDesign. They are always willing to make thing right. They really work around the clock for their clients. They have a huge team of people that are experts in their different areas.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes a few deadlines are missed. Sometimes communication is difficult due to accents. Sometimes you have to push them them to get great results.

I enjoy Ei Design's willingness to make changes at our request and their ability to adapt our information into an engaging and instructional format.
What do you dislike?
There are multiple communication and review portals that I believe could be simplified into one method of communication.

Efficient and effective product development partnership
What do you like best?
Extremely responsive and communicative; great customer service and commitment to partnership.
What do you dislike?
There was some miscommunication at hand-off from sales to project launch which caused some issues early on, but these were mitigated quickly by their leadership team which allowed us to move forward effectively and ultimately strengthen the partnership.

The quality of the digital learning content in particular their expertise in visual design. Their partnership approach.
What do you dislike?
The outsource model can sometimes be challenging but that is the nature of the service. Time difference is a challenge

Speed of response and quality of service. A thoroughly professional, high quality training package produced.

No problems encountered. The entire process was efficient and seamless, meaning no undue effort was required on our behalf.

Their understanding of interactive education is very good. The designers stay close to our house style. Communication is easy

They haven't got very much experience with Healthcare professionals. Additionally as they work with rather big teams, the need for checking storyboards and way of writing is needed.

Efficient way of working in an offshore context with different time zones.
What do you like best?
We have appreciated working in an agile mode as well as the tools to collaborate and collect feedback (Articulate & Base Camp).
What do you dislike?
Significant investment on our side to be sure that all our feedback has been implemented as expected.

What do you like best?
The best thing about working with EI Design was the quick and swift response in terms of our requirements from them. The team was very cooperative, accommodative and also efficient in their work. The quality & turn around time of the work they did for us was far above our expectations. I would proudly recommend EI Design to others in the market and looking forward to have a long term association with them too.
What do you dislike?
There is nothing to dislike about EI Design. The experience of working with them has been amazing and beyond expectations. I could not find a single reason to complain about, be it in their professionalism, their working style, timelines in terms of delivering the project an so on. We feel proud to be associated with them and would say that they are the best in the industry.

My experiance with El Design has been easy and well organised
What do you like best?
Our Project contact Shahid has been brilliant and easy to work with to capture our vision and our brands.
What do you dislike?
The future sales/project side has taken on a bit more during the development side while we are focusing on the delivery of the project which is our priority. It would be good to look at future agreements and sales once the project we are working on is complete.

Recently engaged to complete two pieces of digital learning
What do you like best?
They are highly responsive and keen to produce the best quality product as well as the best quality learning experience. Their expertise in ensuring good quality development happens as part of the process is much appreciated.
What do you dislike?
I appreciate they have a need to continue their pipeline but it does feel like there are quite frequent conversations to promote future work agreements. I appreciate this is how business development happens but it could be toned back slightly.

Very professional design and design suggestions for ensuring it was in line with our sector.
What do you like best?
We wanted to find a 3rd party development company that kept up our standards. With EI we found a team dedicated to producing quality material in a timely manner. Definitely will be using EI for future projects.
What do you dislike?
There was no issues with working with EI Design. Very professional design and design suggestions for ensuring it was in line with our business sector. All deadlines were met and the project management skills of the team exceed expectations. I did not have any stress about this project as the team made my job very easy.

On time every time is EI Design's goal. Their creativity and innovation is superlative.

They treat their customers like kings, always on top of their customer service game. Attention to details is at its 100%. On-time delivery each time.

Nothing really worth mentioning. We've worked together for the last one year and there hasn't been a single instance where EI Design has disappointed us. They've always exceeded our expectations.

-professionalism, project management and communication across different team members -design skills, visuals -reliability, regular calls
What do you dislike?
I would have appreciated them to be more creative, more pro-active in suggesting alternative ways of doing things. Without having had any previous experience in the development of e-learning, it was sometimes difficult for me to propose the right things.

We needed such expertise on eLearning to convert our existing Training materials into modern way.
What do you like best?
Their great experience about eLearning and the way they can deal with complex technical content to turn it into a training material suitable for our Teams.
What do you dislike?
Nothing special. Deadlines are sometimes not fulfilled and we may have to repeat some requests, but this also comes from the material we provide that are not clear enough.

Perhaps, better file/information handling systems required in future. A large collection of emails and files needs to be better organized rather than dealing with them in a pile.

They are quick to replay, stay on top of their projects and are always friendly and helpful.
What do you like best?
They can assist me in my smaller projects that I don't have the bandwidth to complete. This means I don't have to turn away business. They are fast, reliable and Praveen keeps up on making sure all communication occurs and timelines are developed. I will be back.
What do you dislike?
I don't have any items to place here at this time. We are working on our first project together and I can't wait to see the results.

Our organisation has used EI Design for 4 years for various CrossKnowledge Clients.
What do you like best?
Its great that they are 5 hours ahead of us. This usually helps us speed up activity and keep on track with milestones. Communication is great too. The more we work with them, the better they understand the working style and strategy of our clients. They are very familiar with all authoring tools including our own Mohive tool, which increases our ability of delivering cost effective solutions for our clients.
What do you dislike?
I haven't come across anything I dislike really. All the client work produced by EI Design, comes at high standards.

What do you like best?
Dedicated team always looking to improvise, optimal turnaround times without impacting quality which is very important for us, very proactive in terms of design and suggesting improvements and very flexible.
What do you dislike?
We have not yet found a reason to dislike EI Design. Every time they have been able to match or exceed our expectations.

EI Design was creative, responsive and delivered a bug free product
What do you like best?
The project EI Design worked on was closely linked with a much larger product development effort. This meant that their timelines and deliverables had to be quite flexible based on externalities. I found EI design to be quite responsive and willing to work with us with an eye on final outcomes. This was a refreshing change from many other firms, who in our experience, had a more transactional approach to projects.
What do you dislike?
Development area: Invest more time and energy thinking about how your work intends to impact end users. That would make your inputs that much more valuable to clients.

What do you like best?
It is a pleasure to work with EI Design. They are very responsive to our questions and requests and are delivering an excellent work product for us. We have established together an excellent work flow and communication process.

What do you like best?
Their ability to really listen to customer needs and tailor solutions to meet them.
What do you dislike?
There isn't anything in particular that I dislike. I would like EI to bring more design chops to the table at the start of a project (increasingly complex ones), and exhibit the same level of discipline as in execution.

Good Understanding of the business, very committed to the task.
What do you like best?
I like their extremely professional approach to the task. Great understanding of the requirement and delivering under strenuous timelines. I was able to connect with Subbu and Shiva right from day one and never felt that there were any gaps from a process standpoint. In that regards, all the best for this and future projects. Overall, a never say "No" attitude. Friendly, empathetic and with an eye for the cause. Good folks to work with. Thanks!
What do you dislike?
Nothing specifically. I think for a project of this nature they have ticked most boxes. I guess the only area where we might need to work together is ensuring consistency in the output on projects where we need to scale up if projects of a much larger size come along.

In one word 'professional'...very responsive and able to understand our needs quickly
What do you like best?
Pleasure working with them as always available and responsive for any queries and able to understand our requirement and turn things around quickly. Whether it was getting the technical team together to have a chat with our LMS team or changing the proposal it was always done as promised. The output delivered was great and the whole process of working with the extended EI Design team post initial sales was seamless as many times delivery doesn't live upto what the sales team sold.
What do you dislike?
A little on the higher side in terms of costing but guess good output comes at a price

So Far So Good :) Launch the program and the experience is good and satisfactory

The quality of services and responsiveness. We are still at the designing phase and with their commitment, we are hopeful that we will launch our program on time and with flying colours

* Thera are only based out in Bangalore. We miss thier presence in Noida. * other thing is that they do not have inhouse Video shooting for other Geos (US, Europe, APMEA etc)

EI Design did an excellent job of meeting deadlines and communicating each step along the way.
What do you like best?
I enjoyed the timeliness of meeting each phase of the project. The team was also very responsive to any questions or modification requests.
What do you dislike?
I spent time editing much of the language and colloquialisms to meet customers needs for U.S. audiences.

Top-Notch Learning Provider of Both Graphics and E-Learning
What do you like best?
Our account team at EI is always very timely and clear in their communications. Their graphic design and training development are excellent and never look dated or like standard, off-the-shelf e-learning courses. They always take our feedback and changes positively even if we change our mind a few times. We will continue to use them and look forward to learning how we can deliver compliance training in new and different ways.
What do you dislike?
We have found that detailed reviews that really look closely at every element of a course are sometimes lacking which leads to missed deadlines.

What do you like best?

What do you like best?
They're so easy to do business with - responsive, agile, attention to detail, never let you down on deadlines or quality. Great business partner.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes I have had to be pragmatic on how information is presented using their Mohive template, however, using this authoring tool was our business decision and they have other tools they can use - so this is more our limitation than theirs.

What do you like best?
The team and talent. Their work quality is good - illustrations, navigation, ideas on games etc. Open to feedback - everything that I had expressed my concern over has been acted on. Customer Focus - we are a small team, new to L&D - our requirements keep changing even beyond the SOW signing - they have always taken into consideration our viewpoint
What do you dislike?
They seem to be working well in a planned way. During times when my requirements have changed, the team has taken 2-3 days to come back to me with a revised schedule. I would have preferred if they quickly turn around and tell me what is possible and when and what is not.

Their ability to understand requirements, provide key inputs in learning and also their ability to ensure that the customer is satisfied completely. They've consistently gone the extra mile to deliver quality learning products, while also ensuring a learning is clearly and concisely represented.
What do you dislike?
Don't have too much to say in this department.... Their ability to get to the most granular level sometimes leaves users a bit lost, but they've always compensated by simplifying things by giving visual samples, etc... to ensure that users fully understand what they are saying.

EI Design has exhibited a great degree of knowledge and professionalism.
What do you like best?
Timely response to inquiries and keeping projects on track. Great final products.
What do you dislike?
Phone conferences are difficult to understand the English. The top level communicates extremely well. However when conference calls with Webex the Leaders were very difficult to understand which is made worse by the echo in the room. It was not a big issue for us but when we included our clients in the conversation it was a bit uncomfortable for them to keep asking for a repeat of sentences. I suggest having a really clear English speaker there to translate when needed.

Our experience with EiDesign was outstanding and entirely satisfying.
What do you like best?
What I like about EiDesign is that it is a team of highly committed professionals who were willing to work very closely with us on our requirements. Despite our requirements being fragmented and complex, they were patient with us, guided us thru the process and supported us in building great content. They have a consultative approach, work to understand the needs of the client prior to offering a solution. Consultative selling is what we liked most about EiDesign.

We had an excellent experience, so nothing to dislike.
