Quality, reliable and trustworthy supplier who deliver what they promise
What do you like best?
They follow correct IT processes, but can be flexible to suit our needs too
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it takes a little bit of time to commit to timelines, but when they do they tend to hit them

Developed and implemented our LMS system from scratch.
What do you like best?
Supportive teams, delivers requirements, keen to engage and support further. Not too pushy on the selling front but focuses on our organisation's specific requirements. Excellent technical expertise and knowledge.
What do you dislike?
Nothing - great relationship and works as real business partners. Being a global organisation, the City and Guilds link to content and qualifications is less relevant to our business but we have not been pushed content to heavily in this area.

Kineo bring expertise, ideas and thinking to the table which adds value.
What do you like best?
Kineo have a good blend of expertise to bring to the table, whether that be project managers, designers or other areas. My interactions are more heavily focused at the outset of projects, and I find that they bring good insights and questions to help focus thinking.
What do you dislike?
There's very little to write here; Kineo have been incredibly responsive to changing project demands and deadlines, but I do wonder if some of this could be mitigated by more joint project planning earlier.

Kineo, a great partner, has brought valuable educational expertise to our project.
What do you like best?
When we started with Kineo, we went through a long process which seemed to be unnecessary from our point of view. We quickly learned that this process, a discovery which delved deep into what we were looking for specifically, is paying off in time saved and quality of work now. It is because they spent so much time in those initial processes that we are able to move through the rest of the project with seeming ease.
What do you dislike?
Kineo was more expensive than some of the competitive bids. When we compared apples to apples, especially given their experience and the people they can bring to the table, this pricing seems worth it.

Kineo have proven themselves to be reliable, responsive and supportive.
What do you like best?
Kineo have been able to adapt to our particular needs and have developed an understanding of our business which is reflected in the courseware we've produced. They also appreciate that priorities can change and timelines can be affected but they have always been willing to work with us to find the best way forward
What do you dislike?
Nothing in particular. Their testing and review process could be tightened up if anything, as on occasion agreed edits have been missed adding additional time and work to progress, otherwise they are always very accommodating.

Very professional and easy to work with
What do you like best?
I was overly impressed with their presentation in the RFI stage. This is ultimately the reason we chose them over other vendors. They are experts in the on-demand training space and provided guidance and advice the entire way.
What do you dislike?
There was a shift in management during our project but our initial project manager was still involved.
