What do you like best? it is customisable, easy to use, easy to see compliance and we can add content from a variety of sources
What do you dislike? some of the reports don't interact for example you can list percent compliant with a course but need a different report to see who is non compliant and then a third to see if they are booked on a course.

What do you like best? I absolutely like the layout of the platforms. And the user-friendliness. And the customized options.
What do you dislike? I don't know... Maybe it would be interesting to proactively reach out to users and see if they have specific wants and needs for their businesses.

The LearningPool LMS we are using is really great solution

What do you like best? Currently we are using the LMS. I really like the fact I can adjust the system to our needs thanks to customization, flexibility and all options like dashboards. Easy to use. Support team is also very responsive.
What do you dislike? The look and feel of the LMS is now pretty old and we would like this to be refreshed a bit however we aim to move to LXP from LearningPool so this will address our needs in this area.

What do you like best? The different ways in which a learner can interact with the system and the gamification available within the system. The amount of different admin roles is also beneficial to our business, along with being a child site (to our adult).
What do you dislike? The back end at times is a little complex, but it's early stages so hopefully this will change as I become more familiar with the system. Otherwise, no complaints.

What do you like best? I like the reporting function so you can see which colleagues have completed training, plus I like how much you can customise the platform so it looks different to all other businesses.
What do you dislike? The use of Adapt to create courses is quite clunky and requires a lot of training beforehand, this isn’t easy to use for someone who is not used to design.

What do you like best? Flexibility to brand content, option to amend adapt content, reporting function and programs/certifications
What do you dislike? Lack of flexibility to change the main home page layout without additional cost. Training guides can be vague

What do you like best? I like the ease of use and overall simplicity of the platform. This means that we can focus on functionality rather than minor tweaks that do not improve user experience.
What do you dislike? There are some restrictions with the platform wherein settings are applied to all people for a course e.g. mandatory for all people. I would like a separate category to allow interest people to view without the system demanding completion.

What do you like best? Design, easy to use, different types of content can be added (videos, text, pdf...). Creating the reports I need, tailor them according to my nees. I cam also schedule them to myself a to third parties. Customer Service is usually quick to respond. I like very much the bulk emailing facility, comms can be sent to thousands of users in just 3 minutes... before I had to do it via email merge in Outlook and it would prevent me from doing other things at the same time.
What do you dislike? Unfortunately, we have from time to time a lot of issues with the LMS and thr LRS, they do not communicate correctly sometimes and learner completions are not updated. Two weeks ago we needed to keep our e-learning suite hidden from our LMS users whilst trying to get the technical issue fixed. But all the relevant teams at Learning Pool are now aware of it and it has been taken care of.

What do you like best? I think that customer service response rate is very quick and it allows us to resolve issues very easily
What do you dislike? I think that learning pool academy could be improved by organising videos into more clear categories and I think that carousel view is not the most user friendly

What do you like best? Formerly it was a basic LMS that suited a relatively small company. Now that our business has grown our needs have changed.
What do you dislike? We need to change from LMS to LXP to meet our business needs. We also need much better engagement and understanding from LP to help us achieve our goals

What do you like best? The interface is very clear and understandable. You do not need any software or computing knowledge in order to use it. Anyone can get to grips with it quickly.
What do you dislike? I sometimes struggle with the academy as I don't know what I need to search for or where to look. Once I find what I need the materials are good.

What do you like best? It is much more intuitive/logical than our previous equivalent systems. It provides us with more capabilities to catch up with what users are experiencing outside of the workplace.
What do you dislike? The current reporting functionality on the LMS can feel limited with different reporting sources unable to communicate for analytics purposes.

What do you like best? Look and consistency across site make it easy for users to use and there is no need for us to add much to style
What do you dislike? Not as good a dynamically highlighting content. Quite static in what it can present. Search function on lms is poor. Additional reporting in learning locker is good

What do you like best? I like the administration function and have control over content we put out to staff. I like the support portal and getting quick responses.
What do you dislike? Sometimes the support team don’t listen to the issue being raised and reply with a short unhelpful answer as if they just want the case closed. Some of the adapt builder e-learning content is dated and problematic. Also I would like to see the latest version number of an e-learning course so that I quickly know if an update is required.

What do you like best? Within the functionality the dashboards are going to be a huge benefit for us; alongside certifications, particularly for the varying H&S compliance needs that we have across the organisation.
What do you dislike? The administration and particularly reporting could be a little easier to use and set up; maybe with AI options.

What do you like best? The support team are really good when you contact them and they give in depth answers, if you have a good contract manager too it helps
What do you dislike? Asap builder and the help of the guidance library is just cumbersome and difficult to Find the right source of help

What do you dislike? Some technical knowledge is required to really get the best out of the LMS and tiny things may not work as you may want but there are workarounds for the LMS.

What do you like best? Based on several options in the market, Stream LXP seems to be one of the easiest to use, and the most customizable. The user interface is really simple, as well as the reports and course pages.
What do you dislike? It lacks advanced reporting features, or at least, the types of reports we would like to see without having to combine all different data sets from our various tools. Can't think of anything else.
