What do you like best? Lately, I'm into collaborative tools, and I'm telling you I love this system's built-in chat. What I like most is how customizable the site can be. Plus, it has multiple integrations with other tools that we use daily. So, we can have them all in one location! One of the reasons that we chose MangoApps is being able to save a lot of money. We used to have SharePoint, but upgrading to a newer version would cost us a lot more in the following years.
What do you dislike? I wish the active directory integration was easier. However, MangoApps did manage to pull the sync data, but we had to open up a connection to the public internet.

I love how the platform allows to post content that can be viewed by members from other departments.

What do you like best? What I like most about MangoApps is that the system allows us to create different groups. The same goes for departments. It's great because we can break out content based on the group or department we want to focus on each time. By doing so, we don't overwhelm our employees. Instead, we only share with them content that is tailored to them. It's been a few years since we started using this system, and I can honestly say that the product has improved a lot through time.
What do you dislike? I'd like to get more info when updates are pushed out. There have been times that they don't give clients any warning. So, the team at MangoApps could share some update notices and instructions beforehand. That would make navigating to a specific area in the system easier.

What do you like best? What I personally like the most about MangoApps is their customer support. It was the first time I was using such a platform, and their guidance and deep knowledge saved me hours of frustration. It's a great system and will certainly help your company keep employees engaged. Being able to give it a personal look is one of its pros. Imputing information is pretty easy. Thankfully, we had a designated representative to help us do the implementation successfully.
What do you dislike? Even though the whole implementation process seemed overwhelming, their rep helped us identify and utilize the ideal functions for our organization. I would certainly recommend this system to everyone. But, first, make sure to understand your business needs. Then you can decide how you can use the tool to achieve your goals. Also, knowing the above will give you a better idea of which functions you need and which you don't...

What do you like best? The platform offers variety and flexibility, and all can be easily done within the system. For example, I'm using it for wikis and strings; I can keep variants of records, add pictures and make video reviews, etc. I like how useful the notices and labels are; bunching the executives has made things easier. I was also amazed when I discovered how easy it was to add and eliminate visitor clients for occasional reps.
What do you dislike? Maybe the team at MangoApps could consider allowing video calls and associations for third-party apps and outside devices. I expected to see that, so I was a bit disappointed...

What do you like best? A very nice and useful tool to keep your staff informed of what is going on in your company. You can share the same info with everyone or decide to share specific content with some groups if you wish. It also works as a valuable channel through which you can invite people to events and keep all things organized at the same time. That said, I love its private message feature! It allows seamless communication with team members.
What do you dislike? If only the mobile app was a bit more user-friendly... I've been using it for years, but the purpose of primary and secondary interactions is not that clear to me. Why does this separation exist?
