Bridging The Talent Development Skills Gap
While organizations are focused on ensuring their employees have the necessary skills for the future, they need to remember that their talent development professionals (who bear so much of that responsibility) must also keep their skills up to date. Talent development professionals will need new and improved skillsets to keep up with the pace of change.
ATD's latest research study, consisting of 242 talent development professionals across a variety of industries, delves into where skills gaps exist and highlights best practices for working toward closing those gaps. We will discuss insights from this research as well as solutions that ATD provides for individuals and teams to help ensure they are equipped with the right skills to meet the changing needs of the workforce.
This webinar conducted by ATD will delve into:
- What skills gaps talent development professionals most commonly anticipate
- How talent development professionals can plan and develop a solution to address these gaps
- Details of the most effective learning activities
- How changes in technology are affecting the talent development function
