What is 321Forms?
321Forms is a cloud-based human resources (HR) solution for employee onboarding and open enrollment, which includes tools for form conversion, electronic signature capture, onboarding automation, form translation, reporting, and more. The system is designed for small and midsize companies including restaurants, franchises, retail, professional employer organizations (PEOs), staffing & recruiting companies, and businesses that hire seasonal workers.
321Forms enables employees to enter their details once, in a custom questionnaire, and populates that information across recurring fields in multiple forms, including I-9, W4, and benefits forms. Forms can also be pre-filled with company information, such as address fields and FEINs (Federal Employer Identification Numbers). Digital files in 321Forms are designed to only accept specified information, preventing employees with incomplete or incorrect information from progressing through the onboarding process. Employee signatures can be captured electronically, and integration with E-Verify enables the checking of employees’ work eligibility.
With 321Forms, employees can use their native language to fill out forms, and the information they provide is translated into English. The built-in messaging center enables communication between administrators and employees, and allows changes to be made to documents in the same window as messages are received. Custom reports can be generated from any information collected from employees, with a range of filters to focus on different details. Commonly-used reports can also be saved as templates, and completed reports can be exported as Excel or CSV files.
